We ship Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on Tuesday to Friday, or before 13:00 on Monday and Saturday, are shipped the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1 business day, Germany and Belgium 2–3 business days, and most other European countries up to 5 business days. Remote regions can take up to 9 business days.
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pigments, needle cartridges and other sterile products cannot be returned. Read the full return policy and shipping policy.
