Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) are shipped the same day. On Mondays and Saturdays the cut-off time is 13:00 (CET).
We ship from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays or on official public holidays are shipped on the next dispatch day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times and Shipping Costs
Estimated delivery times are counted in business days after dispatch. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout.

Please note: delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other external factors are beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number
Claims submitted outside the 24–48 hour window may not be accepted.
Missing parcels must be reported within 48 hours after the expected delivery date.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
PMU Master Boutique is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
