Delivery Times
Standard Delivery (Netherlands)
Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) are shipped the same day and delivered the next business day.
Orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the next day.
International Delivery
International delivery times vary by destination.
Estimated delivery starts from 3 business days.
Please note: delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or external factors are beyond our control.

Flat rate shipping: €4.95
International Shipping
Rates vary depending on the destination.
The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
We process and pack orders 7 days a week.
Shipping carriers operate Monday to Saturday, depending on location.
We do not process or ship orders during official public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged or Missing Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number
Claims submitted outside the 24–48 hour window may not be accepted.
Missing parcels must be reported within 48 hours after the expected delivery date.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
PMU Master Boutique is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
