PMU Master Boutique – Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the conditions below are met.
Before You Return Your Product
Please ensure that your item meets the following requirements:
• No signs of use or damage
Products — including machines, cables, power supplies, accessories and packaging — must be unused, undamaged and in original condition.
If there are visible signs of use, damaged packaging, or missing components, we may refuse the return and ship the item back to you. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
• Sterile and hygienic PMU products cannot be returned once opened
This includes:
PMU pigments
Needle cartridges
Hygienic disposables
Any sealed or sterilized product
Only unopened, unused products are eligible for a return and refund.
• Partially opened packaging cannot be returned
Example: if one needle cartridge has been removed from a box, the return is no longer accepted.
How to Return a Product
1. Register Your Return
Send an email to info@pmumasterboutique.nl with your order number and the reason for return.
You will receive instructions and the correct return address.
2. Packaging
Return the products in their original condition and packaging.
Include a note with your:
• Name
• Order number
• Reason for return
3. Shipping
Return the package via any postal service of your choice.
Always keep your shipping receipt — this is your proof of return.
PMU Master Boutique is not responsible for lost return parcels without proof of shipment.
Refunds
When will you receive your refund?
Within 14 days after we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund through the same payment method used for your purchase.
What will be refunded?
• Full order return: full purchase amount + original shipping cost
• Partial return: refund for returned products only
Shipping costs for returning the products are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Return Shipping Costs
Return costs are paid by the customer unless:
• The product arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
In these cases, contact us first before shipping the product back.
