Terms of Service — PMU Master Boutique

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through pmumasterboutique.nl, operated by Vialeta Liashkevich, Maarten Kruytstraat 30, 2202 GX Noordwijk, Netherlands.

2. Products PMU Master Boutique offers professional PMU pigments and related tools. All products are intended for use by trained professionals. We reserve the right to refuse orders if there is reason to believe products will be misused.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping We ship within the Netherlands and across the EU. Delivery times and shipping costs are stated at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@pmumasterboutique.nl. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened pigment bottles).

7. Complaints If you have a complaint, please contact us at Whatsapp +31 610007998. We aim to respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may submit it to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
