The Uhooma M20 Hydro Derma System is a wireless hydra microneedling pen for beauty professionals, supplied as a complete kit in a hard storage case. Needle depth is adjustable from 0 to 2.5 mm and the motor has 6 speed levels, so you can adapt every pass to the skin and the treatment area.
According to Uhooma, the M20 works with adjustable liquid cartridges and has a viewing window, so you can see the serum while you work. Combine it with the Uhooma M20 cartridges and a booster serum of your choice.

Treatment workflow
- Prepare and disinfect the treatment area according to your protocol and local hygiene rules.
- Insert a new cartridge for every client.
- Apply a thin layer of booster serum to the area.
- Choose the depth and speed for the area. Start low on thin or sensitive skin.
- Hold the pen perpendicular to the skin and work in small sections with light, even pressure.
- Finish with soothing aftercare and give your client written aftercare advice: no make-up and no active ingredients such as retinol or AHA/BHA for 48 hours, and consistent sun protection.
Professional notes
- Microneedling should only be performed by trained professionals. Always follow your training protocol and check contraindications before every treatment.
- Do not treat over active acne, infections, open wounds or irritated skin.
- Cartridges are for single use. Discard the cartridge after every client.
- Clean and disinfect the pen and base after every treatment according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Mild redness, slight swelling or a tingling feeling after the treatment are common and usually settle within a short time.
