Perma Blend Luxe Ready Ash is a pre-modified brow pigment from the Ready Set Go line: a cool ash brown for clients who need a brow result without extra warmth. Because the shade is pre-modified, you can work straight from the bottle without mixing your own modifiers.
Suitable for powder brows, ombre and machine hair stroke techniques. This is the EU REACH compliant version: the manufacturer states that the Luxe line complies with EU REACH 2022. Perma Blend Luxe pigments are made in the USA and are vegan according to the manufacturer.
