Terms and prices
• Standard delivery: order before 15:00 delivery next day.
• International delivery: from 3 working days depending on the country.
• Prices:
• Flat rate shipping (e.g. 4.95 EUR for the Netherlands).
• International delivery: cost depending on the country.
Specifications
• Damaged goods upon delivery must be photographed and reported within 24-48 hours.
Can be returned
• Tools and accessories (e.g. machines, needles, holders, etc.) in the original packaging, without signs of use for 14 days.
• If the product is defective or damaged during delivery, an exchange or return is possible.
Cannot be returned
• Pigments, anesthetics, creams and other cosmetic products due to hygiene standards, if the packaging has been opened.
• Custom orders or personalized products (e.g. customized machines).
Return process
1. The customer fills out the return form on the website or sends an e-mail.
2. You approve the return (if the product meets the conditions).
3. The customer sends the product back at his own expense, unless the reason is due to a store error.
4. After checking the product, the money is returned within 5-10 days.
