Universal pigment thinner is added to reduce the concentration of the dye, as well as for shadow effects on eyebrows, lips and eyelids. Can be used in the manufacture of mixes.

Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Isopropyl Alcohol, Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Extract.

Directions for use: add a drop of thinner to the pigment and shake thoroughly.

The expiration date is indicated on the label.

Opened pigment can be used within 12 months.
